If you don’t hear audio, check the speaker icon in the lower left corner of the video to make sure the volume is up. (Note: the icon will not be present until we go live, which is normally about 5 minutes before service begins). Also make sure your computer’s volume is turned up.

If the video is not streaming by start time, you may need to hit the play button, as some browser settings prevent the stream from automatically starting.

One last option that may help is to refresh the page a few minutes before the service begins. Once we’re live, re-loading the webpage can help the ‘autoplay’ bypass the browser settings.

I'm speechless. I'm sad. Tatum has been my friend for so long, it's hard to believe she's no longer here. I knew this day was coming. And yet, I'm just not prepared for it. Like so many others, I will miss Tatum. She left a part of herself in everyone she came in contact with, including me. In reading all the comments from everyone, I can see what an incredible impact she's had on so many people's lives. I'm proud of her for that. It's an accomplishment she never believed she had in her. And she did it so naturally. I'm proud to have been her friend. After all her struggles, I will do my best to be happy that she is finally at peace. Thank you for being my friend. Rest in peace Tatum.
